摘要：《中国海外投资国家风险评级报告（2017）》是由中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所国际投资研究室连续第四年发布的报告。报告通过构建包含经济基础、偿债能力、社会弹性、政治风险与对华关系的五大指标体系、41项子指标，对57个国家的整体投资风险进行了衡量。此外，报告还对一带一路沿线的35个国家的整体投资风险进行了衡量。报告旨在为有海外投资需求的中国企业提供全面衡量投资风险的有益参考。

Abstract： The Country Risk Rating of Overseas Investment from China（CROIC-IWEP）（2017）is a report produced by Division of International Investment，Institute of World Economics and Politics， Chinese Academy of Social Science for four consecutive years. The report measures the comprehensive investment risk about 57 countries，based on 41 indicators covering the following 5 areas：economic fundamentals，debt-paying capacity，social flexibility，politic risks and the relationship with China. Moreover，the report also measures the comprehensive investment risk about 35 countries along the One Belt One Road routes. This report aims to provide useful guidance for the Chinese enterprises who have the demand to investment abroad.
