本书探讨的内容是中国自电影兴起之后，文学与电影的相互影响，主要是文学改编为电影的问题。上编是以史的方式对百年来文学改编电影史进行梳理，下编是针对一系列长期争执的问题进行探讨，如文学与电影的关系，如何建立起一支高水平的电影剧本创作队伍等等。这些问题也是今天文学界和电影界面临的时代命题。

This book explores the interaction between literature and film since the rise of film in China, mainly the issue of literary adaptation into film. The first part is to sort out the history of literary adaptation and film in the past hundred years in a historical way, and the second part is to discuss a series of long-term disputes, such as the relationship between literature and film, how to establish a high-level film script creation team, and so on. These questions are also the propositions of the times facing the literary and film circles today.
