This book is a summary of the results of the "National Micro-Communication Index" project jointly carried out by the laboratory, the New Media Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Tencent Public Opinion Index. The purpose is to explore the law of development, change and dissemination of media public opinion by constructing a measurement index system for micromedia communication power, and then put forward a new concept for the construction of new media public opinion management.
