在我国由计划经济向市场经济的转型中,传媒组织的企业化制度变迁历经了新中国成立初期的企业化改革的初步尝试阶段、事业单位企业化管理阶段、集团化阶段和转企改制阶段。在这一变迁历程中,党和政府的意向决定着传媒组织变迁的方向。制度环境的变化促使传媒组织进行适应性变革,使其以一种积极主动的姿态对原有制度进行边缘性突破,最终获得所期望的权利。在制度变迁过程中,当初级行动团体的诉求得到次级行动团体响应时,便有助于制度变迁。同时,在传媒组织企业化制度变迁历程中,也呈现出了制度变迁的路径依赖、变迁过程伴随着多重利益集团博弈的共性。另外,从对制度绩效的分析可知,传媒组织的制度变迁促进了经济效益和社会效益的提高。

In the transformation from a planned economy to a market economy in China, the changes in the enterprise system of media organizations have gone through the initial experimental stage of enterprise reform in the early stage of the founding of New China, the stage of enterprise management of public institutions, the stage of collectivization and the stage of enterprise transformation. In this process of change, the intentions of the Party and the government determine the direction of changes in media organizations. Changes in the institutional environment have prompted media organizations to carry out adaptive changes, so that they can make marginal breakthroughs in the original system with a proactive attitude, and finally obtain the desired rights. In the process of institutional change, when the demands of primary action groups are responded to by secondary action groups, it contributes to institutional change. At the same time, in the process of institutional change of media organization corporatization, it also shows the path dependence of institutional change, and the commonality of the change process accompanied by multiple interest group games.
