摘要：本报告根据教育部《高等学校信息公开办法》、《教育部关于公布〈高等学校信息公开事项清单〉的通知》等规定，选取115所高等学校，通过观察其门户网站、实际验证等方法，对其基本情况、招考信息、学生管理、财务信息和信息公开专栏等内容，进行了调研和测评。测评发现，2014年高等学校信息公开工作推进有力，进步明显，透明度显著提升，但也存在部分信息公开不全面等问题，需要进一步引起重视，加强监督。

Abstract: According to the "Measures for Information Disclosure of Colleges and Universities" of the Ministry of Education, the notice of the Ministry of Education on the publication of the "List of Information Disclosure of Colleges and Universities", this report selects 115 colleges and universities, and investigates and evaluates their basic information, recruitment information, student management, financial information and information disclosure columns through observing their portal websites and actual verification. The evaluation found that in 2014, the information disclosure work of colleges and universities was promoted strongly, made obvious progress, and significantly improved transparency, but there were also problems such as incomplete information disclosure in some places, which needed further attention and strengthened supervision.
