该书综合运用舆情理论、传播学、心理学、社会学、管理学等学科理论,在分析2014年我国食品行业主要食品安全网络舆情事件基本特征与发展趋势的基础上,以2015年2—3月的大规模问卷调查为主要依据,主要运用不同的理论方法,从不同的视角研究食品安全网络舆情的传播机理与引导及监管机制,分析网民对食品安全的关注、网民在食品安全网络舆情中的非理性行为以及网民对网购食品的可靠性与安全性的认知与评价。在此基础上,对食品安全网络舆情的演化机理、媒体对舆情传播的影响、政府食品安全网络舆情监管的引导与决策机制等理论问题进行深入探讨。

The book comprehensively applies the theories of public opinion theory, communication, psychology, sociology, management and other disciplines, analyzes the basic features and development trends of the major food safety online public opinion events in China's food industry in 2014, and takes the large-scale questionnaire survey in February-March 2015 as the main basis, mainly applies different theoretical methods to study from different perspectives The communication mechanism and guidance and regulatory mechanism of food safety online public opinion, analyzing netizens' concern for food safety, their irrational behaviors in food safety online public opinion, and their perception and evaluation of the reliability and safety of food purchased online. On this basis, the evolution mechanism of food safety online public opinion, the influence of media on public opinion dissemination, and the guiding and decision-making mechanism of governmental food safety online public opinion regulation are discussed in depth.
