本书系中国社会科学院法治国情广东调研基地2014年度调研项目成果。从依法执政、人大制度、人大立法、法治政府、司法改革、社会建设、依法化解基层矛盾、法治文化与社会秩序构建等方面，对近年来广东省在法治建设方面取得的进步、存在的问题进行了总结，并对其在制度设计和制度创新等方面积累的大量可复制可推广的经验进行了具体分析。在全面推进依法治国、依法治省的大背景下，广东经验非常值得全国其他地区吸收和借鉴。

This book is the result of the 2014 research project of the Guangdong Research Base of the Guangdong Research Base on the Rule of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. From the aspects of ruling according to law, people's congress system, people's congress legislation, rule of law government, judicial reform, social construction, resolving grassroots contradictions according to law, rule of law culture and social order construction, etc., the progress and existing problems in the construction of the rule of law in Guangdong Province in recent years are summarized, and a large number of replicable and generalizable experiences accumulated in system design and system innovation are specifically analyzed. In the context of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and the province according to law, Guangdong's experience is very worthy of absorption and reference from other parts of the country.
