本报告是中国社会科学院社会学研究所“中国社会状况综合调查”（Chinese Social Survey）团队依托2019年“中国社会状况综合调查”数据，以社会质量为理论框架，对当前我国社会发展水平进行的研究分析。报告重点从社会经济保障、社会凝聚、社会包容、社会赋权等几个方面，对我国社会发展水平进行了评价。报告认为，中国社会正步入高质量发展阶段，城乡居民收入增长显著，生活水平不断提高，就业整体质量持续提升，公众的获得感、公平感显著增强。报告同时也指出，在社会发展总体向好的同时，社会质量的进一步提高也面临一些问题和挑战，例如如何进一步提高公众的现代性水平，如何实现更高质量的公众政治社会参与等。本报告以翔实的调查资料为依据，全面分析了当前中国社会发展的主要成就以及未来面临的挑战，同时提出了具有针对性的对策建议。

This report is a research and analysis of the current level of social development in China by the team of the "Chinese Social Survey" of the Institute of Sociology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, relying on the data of the 2019 "Comprehensive Survey of China's Social Conditions" and taking social quality as the theoretical framework. The report evaluates China's social development level from several aspects, such as social security, social cohesion, social inclusion, and social empowerment. The report believes that Chinese society is entering a stage of high-quality development, with significant income growth of urban and rural residents, continuous improvement of living standards, continuous improvement of overall employment quality, and significant enhancement of the public's sense of gain and fairness. The report also pointed out that while the overall improvement of social development is improving, the further improvement of social quality also faces some problems and challenges, such as how to further improve the level of public modernity and how to achieve higher quality public political and social participation. Based on detailed survey data, this report comprehensively analyzes the main achievements of China's social development and the challenges facing it in the future, and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
