中国司法公开新媒体应用研究报告.2019：人民法院庭审公开第三方评估

内容简介

2019年，中国社会科学院法学研究所支振锋研究员率“人民法院庭审公开第三方评估”课题组对2018年度全国法院庭审公开工作进行了第三方评估。作为此次评估的研究成果，本报告对庭审公开评估的对象、方法进行了详细论证，对该年度全国法院庭审公开工作的基本状况和所取得的进展进行了客观呈现和分析，总结了中国庭审公开的成绩和经验，指出了其缺憾与不足，并提出了进一步推进庭审公开工作的建议。

In 2019, researcher Zhi Zhenfeng of the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences led the research group "Third-party Assessment of People's Court Trial Openness" to conduct a third-party evaluation of the national court trial openness work in 2018. As the research results of this evaluation, this report makes a detailed demonstration of the objects and methods of trial openness assessment, objectively presents and analyzes the basic situation and progress of court trial openness work nationwide in the year, summarizes the achievements and experience of China's trial openness, points out its shortcomings and shortcomings, and puts forward suggestions for further promoting the openness of trial.
