中非合作论坛成立20年来，已经成功召开7届部长级会议和3届峰会，中国与非洲国家团结一致、密切合作，推动这一合作机制持续向前发展、取得了重大成就。中非合作论坛成立以来的20年，也是中非关系全面快速发展的时期，论坛成为推动中非关系全面发展的重要平台与机制。本报告试图在总结中非合作论坛发展20年的经验基础上，深入分析其在新的历史条件下所面临的机遇与挑战，对中非合作论坛的可持续发展提出政策建议，发挥智库学者资政与服务社会的作用。

In the 20 years since the establishment of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), seven ministerial conferences and three summits have been successfully held, and China and African countries have united and worked closely together to promote the continued development of this cooperation mechanism, which has made significant achievements.The 20 years since the establishment of FOCAC have also been a period of rapid development of China-Africa relations, and the Forum has become an important platform and mechanism for promoting the overall development of China-Africa relations.This report attempts to summarise the experience of FOCAC over the past 20 years, analyse in depth the opportunities and challenges it faces under the new historical conditions, put forward policy recommendations on the sustainable development of FOCAC, and play the role of a think-tank and scholar in advising politics and serving the society.
