本书是作者关于汉代经学今古文问题、慈湖心学与南宋后期儒学格局、清代四川学风，以及现代中国学术思想史问题研究论著的选集。题目作“汉宋相假”，假者，借也，是凭借的意思。汉学和宋学是中国传统学术的两种基本形态，它们的学术内涵和研究方法都不相同，有着明显的差异与界限，但对于从事研究的学者而言，又是一种互相凭借、左右取资的关系。

This book is a collection of the author's research works on the classical and modern classical studies of the Han Dynasty, the Cihu Xinxue and the Confucian pattern of the late Southern Song Dynasty, the Sichuan style of study in the Qing Dynasty, and the history of academic thought in modern China. The title is "Han and Song Dynasty Fake Ones", and the fake person, borrowing also, is the meaning of relying on. Sinology and Song Studies are the two basic forms of traditional Chinese scholarship, their academic connotations and research methods are different, with obvious differences and boundaries, but for scholars engaged in research, it is a relationship of mutual reliance and left and right.
