当前理论界从公民权利角度对中国特色社会主义进行价值解读的成果虽有不少，但大都是针对具体领域的具体问题，缺乏一种宏阔的整体视野。本书对此问题进行了较为深入的系统研究。本书在厘清“公民”、“权利”、“价值”等基本范畴的基础上，分理论和实践两个层面对中国特色社会主义进行价值解读。理论层面，从中国特色社会主义的开创形成、发展动力、价值目标与价值认同等四个维度展开论述公民权利与中国特色社会主义的多重价值关联；实践层面，针对改革攻坚的困境与治理现代化的要求，分析公民权利相对贫困问题在当前的表现、影响及治理。内容涉及党执政模式的现代化、经济发展的动力转变、民主法治的健全完善、公民文化的培育、社会的培育与保卫等方面。

Although there are many achievements in the value interpretation of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of civil rights, most of them are aimed at specific problems in specific fields and lack a broad overall vision. This book provides a more in-depth and systematic study of this issue. On the basis of clarifying the basic categories of "citizenship", "rights" and "values", this book provides a value interpretation of socialism with Chinese characteristics at both theoretical and practical levels. At the theoretical level, the multiple value relationships between civil rights and socialism with Chinese characteristics are discussed from four dimensions: the creation and formation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the development momentum, the value goal and value identity. 李海青（1978—），山东滨州人，中共中央党校马克思主义学院马克思主义中国化教研室副主任，哲学博士，教授，博士生导师。主要从事马克思主义中国化与当代中国改革问题研究。先后出版《法的信仰》《权利与社会和谐》《治理现代化视野中的中国改革》等个人专著九部，在《哲学研究》《伦理学研究》《马克思主义与现实》《人民日报》《光明日报》等报刊杂志发表文章近二百篇，主持国家与省部级课题多项，曾获中共中央党校科研优秀成果奖。近年来先后被评为国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才、中直机关第八届青年岗位能手与中共中央党校强校人才。
