内容简介

The Belt and Road Initiative is an important platform for China’s foreign cooperation in the new era.The initiative,underpinned by winwin cooperation,aims to provide diversified options and impetus for world development through cooperation involving a wider range of countries.It has drawn on the experience of China-Africa cooperation and embodies the new international relations proposed by the Chinese government.When Africa’s independent development is improving and its market-oriented reform is being implemented,it serves the development of African countries to deepen China-Africa capacity cooperation.In this context,the book is written to provide general information and past experience concerning China-Africa capacity cooperation.

Yang Baorong,associate director and associate researcher of the Division of African Studies of the Institute of West-Asian and African Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS),and master supervisor.He has more than 30 publications,including Liabilities and Development: African Debt Issues and International Relations; Africa’s Open and Independent Development and Production Capacity Cooperation between China and Africa under the Belt and Road Initiative;and Guide to the World States:Cameroon(co-authored).He has won the third prize of the CASS Award for the Excellence in Countermeasure Studies for more than a dozen times.
