改革开放以来,中国旅游业取得了举世瞩目的成就。《国务院关干加快发展旅游业的意见》(国发〔2009〕41号)将旅游业定位为“国民经济的战略性支柱产业和人民群众更加满意的现代服务业”。在当前经济转型升级时期,中国旅游业面临着产业升级的机遇和挑战。本书以此为背景着重探讨中国旅游产业升级这一核心命题,从产业发展的角度发掘旅游产业升级的理论基础,从产业经济学的角度构建旅游产业升级理论,进行了实证研究,并探讨了旅游产业升级的市场路径和政府作用。期望该书能为旅游产业理论研究、旅游行业管理和旅游管理及相关专业学生学习提供有益参考。

Since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has made remarkable achievements. The Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Tourism (Guo Fa [2009] No. 41) positions tourism as a strategic pillar industry of the national economy and a modern service industry that is more satisfactory to the people. In the current period of economic transformation and upgrading, China's tourism industry is facing the opportunities and challenges of industrial upgrading. With this background, this book focuses on the core proposition of upgrading China's tourism industry, explores the theoretical foundation of tourism industry upgrading from the perspective of industrial development, constructs the theory of tourism industry upgrading from the perspective of industrial economics, carries out empirical research, and explores the market path and government's role in upgrading the tourism industry. It is expected that the book can provide useful references for the theoretical study of tourism industry, tourism industry management and the study of students of tourism management and related majors.
