内容简介

本书立足中国网络法治现状，从国家治理、网络安全、内容治理、产业发展、国际治理等不同角度回顾了2018-2019年中国网络法治发展整体状况，以学界视角聚焦监管机构立法、执法动态以及业界合规守法实践，探讨了当前中国网络法治发展特点及存在的问题，展望了未来立法趋势，以期推动网络法治和制度完善，使互联网为我国推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供更加澎湃的动力。

Based on the current situation of China's cyber rule of law, this book reviews the overall development of China's Internet rule of law in 2018-2019 from different perspectives such as national governance, network security, content governance, industrial development, and international governance, focuses on the legislation and law enforcement trends of regulatory agencies and the industry's compliance and compliance practices from the perspective of academia, discusses the characteristics and existing problems of the current development of China's Internet rule of law, and looks forward to future legislative trends, in order to promote the improvement of online rule of law and system. Make the Internet provide more surging impetus for China to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
