“中国少数民族地区发展系列报告”为“国家社科基金重大委托项目”（项目号13@ZH001）、“社科院创新工程重大专项”。内蒙古鄂伦春自治旗位于呼伦贝尔市东北部，大兴安岭南麓，嫩江西岸，全旗总面积59800平方公里，是呼伦贝尔市面积最大的旗（市）。本卷对21世纪以来的鄂伦春自治旗的政治、文化、经济、教育、宗教等问题进行了深入调查，并对其经济发展作出了评价。
“The “Report on the Development of China's Minority Areas” is a major commissioned project of the National Social Science Foundation of China (Project No. 13@ZH001) and a major project of the Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). The report is a “major commissioned project of the National Social Science Foundation” (Project No. 13@ZH001) and “major specialized project of innovation project of CASS”. Oroqen Autonomous Banner of Inner Mongolia is located in the northeast of Hulunbeier City, at the southern foot of the Daxinganling Mountains and on the west bank of the Nenjiang River, with a total area of 59,800 square kilometers, making it the largest banner (city) in Hulunbeier City. This volume provides an in-depth survey of the politics, culture, economy, education and religion of the Oroqen Autonomous Banner in the 21st century, as well as an evaluation of its economic development.
