中国—东盟民族文化论坛首创于2016年，是中国和东盟国家学者交流民族文化理念、寻求民族文化共识、增进相互理解与信任的重要论坛。

2017年4月14—15日，第二届中国—东盟民族文化论坛在中国广西壮族自治区崇左市举行，来自中国、越南、泰国、柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸、澳大利亚、印度、葡萄牙等11国民族文化学者140多人出席会议，围绕“中国一东盟民族文化遗产与‘一带一路’建设”的主题进行深入探讨与交流。本论文集是本届论坛的部分成果。

Founded in 2016, the China-ASEAN Forum on National Culture is an important forum for scholars from China and ASEAN countries to exchange national cultural concepts, seek national cultural consensus, and enhance mutual understanding and trust. On April 14-15, 2017, the 2nd China-ASEAN National Culture Forum was held in Chongzuo City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, with more than 140 ethnic culture scholars from 11 countries, including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Australia, India and Portugal, attending the conference to conduct in-depth discussions and exchanges on the theme of "China-ASEAN National Cultural Heritage and the Construction of the 'Belt and Road'". This collection of papers is part of the outcome of this forum.
