近几十年来,全球城市化快速发展。“韧性城市”概念,已成为我国当前乃至“十四五”时期城市经济社会发展的一个核心关键词之一。本书拟在文献基础上,尝试构建系统视角的城市韧性发展指数,并对我国288个城市展开实证测评。同时,引入城市品牌发展指数及相应评估,从中探究城市韧性和城市品牌韧性的互动关系与发展机理,进而从“需求侧改革”的视角出发,对未来加强城市及城市品牌韧性的提升和优化、助力城市迈向高质量的发展,提出相应的对策建议。

In recent decades, urbanization has rapidly developed around the world. The concept of “resilient cities” has become one of the core keywords for China's current and even “14th Five-Year Plan” period of urban economic and social development. Based on the literature, this book attempts to construct a system-perspective urban resilience development index and empirically evaluate 288 cities in China. At the same time, the urban brand development index and corresponding assessment are introduced to explore the interactive relationship and development mechanism between urban resilience and urban brand resilience, and then from the perspective of “demand-side reform”, corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the future to enhance and optimize the resilience of cities and urban brands and help cities move towards high-quality development.
