杨矗，男，汉族，1986年10月生，陕西西安人，经济学博士，毕业于西北大学，美国匹兹堡大学访问学者，现为西安石油大学经济管理学院讲师。研究方向为农村发展，农村公共物品，在《管理世界》《光明日报》《经济经纬》《农业技术经济》等期刊公开发表学术论文十余篇，参与国内外课题二十余项，参与撰写的政策建议被陕西省决策咨询委员会采纳，2014年获得陕西省高等学校科学技术奖二等奖。
