本书聚焦中国数字普惠金融发展的前沿热点事件，对中国2020-2021年数字普惠金融的部分热点问题进行评述，旨在为广大读者提供中国数字普惠金融发展的问题和研究展望。本书的热点问题包括数字普惠金融新型业务监管相关研究，如数字技术驱动的银行业监管创新、数字技术驱动的保险业监管创新、我国助贷业务监管、数字金融监管与创新错配以及金融科技可能引致的新型风险。同时，本书还梳理了数字普惠金融发展面临的困境，包括数字普惠金融服务老年群体的困境、保险经纪公司服务小微企业的困境、我国消费金融行业的发展困境、惠民保产品的社会价值及其市场发展方向与P2P网贷行业走向衰亡的历程。在梳理热点问题过程中，本书结合学术理论与业界实践，对数字普惠金融的相关热点问题深入剖析和评述，给出了一些促进数字普惠金融监管与创新发展的对策建议。

This book focuses on the frontier hot events in the development of digital inclusive finance in China, and reviews some hot issues of digital inclusive finance in China in 2020-2021, aiming to provide readers with issues and research prospects on the development of digital inclusive finance in China. The hot issues in this book include research on the supervision of new types of digital inclusive finance, such as digital technology-driven banking regulatory innovation, digital-technology-driven insurance regulatory innovation, China's loan assistance business supervision, digital financial regulation and innovation mismatch, and new risks that may be caused by financial technology. At the same time, the book also sorts out the difficulties faced by the development of digital inclusive finance, including the dilemma of the elderly group of digital inclusive financial services, the dilemma of insurance brokerage companies serving small and micro enterprises, the development dilemma of China's consumer finance industry, the social value of Huimin Insurance products and their market development direction, and the decline of the P2P online loan industry. In the process of sorting out hot issues, this book combines academic theory and industry practice, deeply analyzes and reviews the hot issues related to digital inclusive finance, and gives some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of digital inclusive financial supervision and innovation.
