本书收录的文章来源于《世界经济调研》一刊2016年度已经发表的文章。本书共分为四个专题。其中，“一带一路”专题主要就中国如何借鉴西方国家开拓国际市场的经验，有效应对落实“一带一路”倡议面临的风险与挑战提出了建议；国际政治热点专题聚焦国际热点事件，分析了国际政治与经济的不确定性与波动性特征，并就中国在国际体系发生深刻变迁的过程中该做何种战略选择发表了看法；全球治理专题就全球治理的部分领域，中国如何由参与者向引领者的角色转变表达了独特的观点；中国战略选择专题主要放眼世界、立足中国，为解决中国发展面临的突出问题建言献策。

This book includes 28 research reports published by outstanding domestic scholars in the World Economic Survey from 2016 to 2017. These research reports provide analysis from the perspective of policy recommendations on the changes in the world economy and politics and the specific practice of China's development. 陈国平:（主编）

陈国平（1964-），法学博士，副研究员。1991年毕业于中国政法大学，获博士学位。随后，到中央机关工作。2003年9月起，先后在重庆市委、市政府多个部门任职。2010年9月至今，任中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所党委书记、副所长。代表作有《明代行政法研究》《俄罗斯国有企业改革》（第一作者）等，曾参与《中国法制通史》（张晋藩任总主编）第七卷的编写。发表的论文和文章有《一条鞭法初探——论法律对经济改革的作用》《试论明初重典治吏》《简论张居正的法律思想》《略论张居正改革中的权力和法律》等。

赵远良:（主编）

赵远良（1975-），湖北天门人，法学博士，编辑，中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所《世界经济调研》编辑部副主任。致力于国际政治期刊发展、国际关系理论、大国关系与国际战略研究。著有《大国博弈的演进逻辑：基于武器、治理和文明的视角》一书，在《世界经济与政治》《现代国际关系》《太平洋学报》等期刊上发表学术文章数篇，参与了多部图书的主编和撰写工作。
