本书收录的文章来源于《世界经济调研》一刊2016年度已经发表的文章。本书共分为四个专题。其中，“一带一路”专题主要就中国如何借鉴西方国家开拓国际市场的经验，有效应对落实“一带一路”倡议面临的风险与挑战提出了建议；国际政治热点专题聚焦国际热点事件，分析了国际政治与经济的不确定性与波动性特征，并就中国在国际体系发生深刻变迁的过程中该做何种战略选择发表了看法；全球治理专题就全球治理的部分领域，中国如何由参与者向引领者的角色转变表达了独特的观点；中国战略选择专题主要放眼世界、立足中国，为解决中国发展面临的突出问题建言献策。

The articles in this book are from the 2016 issue of World Economic Research. The book is divided into four topics. The “Belt and Road” topic mainly proposes suggestions on how China can learn from the experience of Western countries in developing international markets and effectively respond to the risks and challenges of implementing the “Belt and Road” initiative. The international political hotspot topic focuses on international hotspot events, analyzes the uncertain and volatile characteristics of international politics and economics, and expressed views on what strategic choices China should make as the international system undergoes profound changes. The global governance topic expressed unique views on how China can transform from a participant to a leader in some areas of global governance. The topic of China's strategic choices focuses on China's role in the world and provides suggestions for solving outstanding problems facing China's development.
