The Marxist theory of the general law of the evolution of social forms tells us that the historical order of the development of human social forms is the historical process of entering the communist society (socialist society is the first stage of communist society) through primitive society, slave society, feudal society, capitalist society, and then through socialist society. After more than 2 million years of primitive society, more than 2,000 years of slave society, more than 2,000 years of feudal society, and more than 100 years of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, China's historical development has entered the initial stage of socialism, constituting a social form evolution and development path that not only has the universal law of the development of human society but also the uniqueness of the historical development of the Chinese nation. Guided by the Marxist theory of the general law of the evolution of social formation, that is, the "five forms" theory, this book discusses the economic, political and organizational forms on the road of China's historical development, as well as the corresponding dialectical relationship between changes in class relations and social historical evolution.
