The people take food as the sky, food safety as the first, and safety as the foundation. Traditional Chinese medicine health food has become a new industry and lifestyle of food therapy and health care due to its long history, perfect theory, rich resources, safety and reliability, and significant functional characteristics. In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" and further study the development path of dietary therapy lifestyle and industrialization, research institutions such as the Social Development Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences have cooperated with Gansu Longhe Chun Agriculture Forestry and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., Bozhou Huazhong Jinye Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and other entities to carry out research, and publish one or two volumes of Chinese medicine and food homologous health collections every year. The collection will focus on the 101 food and drug quality items released by the National Health and Family Planning Commission, focusing on the knowledge of medicine and food homologous, research and development of medicine and food homologous products, safety and risk management, etc., disseminating healthy lifestyles, exploring demonstration models to meet the needs of the masses for healthy life and summarizing research experience, so as to provide a decision-making basis for China to cultivate new energy and traditional Chinese medicine economic resources and solve major livelihood problems.
