本书对贸易便利化改革试点经验进行了整理和分析，得出贸易便利化领域的改革试点经验符合国际先进惯例的结论，并提出如何在全国范围内复制推广的三条建议。充分的法律、法规和政策依据予以辅助；第二，鼓励当地各部门协调配合和自主创新；第三，有关经济技术条件需要进一步加强。自2013年9月上海自贸试验区挂牌以来，自贸试验区不断发展壮大。在此背景下，本书对在新形势下适应经济全球化趋势，全面深化改革和扩大开放具有重要价值。

This book collates and analyzes the pilot experiences of trade facilitation reforms, concludes that the pilot experiences of reforms in the area of trade facilitation are in line with advanced international practices, and puts forward three recommendations on how to replicate and extend them nationwide. Adequate legal, regulatory and policy bases are aided; second, coordination and independent innovation among local departments are encouraged; and third, relevant economic and technical conditions need to be further strengthened. Since the listing of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone in September 2013, the Pilot Free Trade Zone has continued to develop and grow. Against this background, this book is of great value in adapting to the trend of economic globalization, comprehensively deepening reform and expanding opening-up in the new situation.
