Abstract: The formal entry into force of the Trade Facilitation Agreement and the innovative changes in the trade supervision mode of the pilot free trade zones have put forward higher requirements for the development of China's trade facilitation. The improvement of trade facilitation has significant promotion and spillover effects on international trade, economic growth, market integration and employment. This book compares the level of trade facilitation in various countries, and on the whole, China's trade facilitation level is not high, and there is still much room for improvement in customs clearance efficiency and border management. Based on the collation and analysis of each specific reform pilot experience, this book finds that the current China Pilot Free Trade Zone has initially established a trade facilitation system that meets high international standards through institutional and policy reforms; Through the reform of the working mechanism, a coordination mechanism for trade facilitation work with independent reform has gradually been formed; Through technological reform, we will continuously improve the trade facilitation customs clearance mode supported by informatization. In addition, we analyzed the existing problems in the current trade facilitation reform of China's free trade area and put forward corresponding policy recommendations. It also finds that China has built a coordination mechanism of trade facilitation by working mechanism reform. It still finds that China has improved customs clearance mode of trade facilitation with constructing information system by technology reform.
