全球数字经济进入加速创新和深度融合阶段，中国数字经济的发展重心从消费领域逐渐向生产领域转侈。与消费领域数字化转型主要依靠海量互联网用户的“人口红利”相比，生产领域的数字化转型更加依赖“人才红利”。数字人才为硏究数字化转型提供了一个独特视角。本书首先梳理了中国数字化转型的不同阶段及发展特征，进而从数字人才角度对中国经济数字化转型现状和趋势进行了深入硏究。通过对比核心城市数字人才优劣势、吸引力，分析区域数字化转型的发展现状和趋势，并基于数字人才的行业分布和流动特点，对不同行业的数字化转型程度与潜力进行深度洞察，为如何更好地发展数字经济、加快数字化发展、构建新发展格局提供重要的研究、实践和政策参考。

The global digital economy has entered a stage of accelerated innovation and deep integration, and the focus of China's digital economy has gradually shifted from the consumption field to the production field. Compared with the "demographic dividend" of digital transformation in the consumer field, which mainly relies on the "demographic dividend" of massive Internet users, the digital transformation of the production field relies more on the "talent dividend". Digital talent offers a unique perspective on digital transformation. This book first sorts out the different stages and development characteristics of China's digital transformation, and then conducts an in-depth study of the current situation and trend of China's economic digital transformation from the perspective of digital talents. By comparing the advantages, disadvantages and attractiveness of digital talents in core cities, this paper analyzes the development status and trend of regional digital transformation, and based on the industry distribution and flow characteristics of digital talents, this paper provides in-depth insights into the degree and potential of digital transformation in different industries, so as to provide important research, practice and policy references for how to better develop the digital economy, accelerate digital development, and build a new development pattern.
