This book defines the culture of clean government with Chinese characteristics as the practical, institutional and theoretical achievements formed by our party in the practice of fighting corruption and promoting clean government since the reform and opening up. The research on this problem is mainly carried out from the two dimensions of diachronic vision and synchronic perspective. From the perspective of diachronic nature, it mainly examines the source and development context of the culture of clean government with Chinese characteristics, and reveals its relationship with the traditional culture of clean government in society, the thought of clean government of Marx and Engels, and the achievements of the party's clean government construction in the period of new democracy and socialist construction. From the perspective of synchronicity, this paper mainly examines the content and structure of clean government culture with Chinese characteristics. On this basis, the basic functions of a clean government culture with Chinese characteristics are studied. This book comprehensively and systematically answers the form, business form and ecology of a clean government culture with Chinese characteristics.
