自1993年引进孟加拉乡村银行（GB）小额信贷模式至今，中国小额信贷和普惠金融发展已历25年。本文集是对这一历程的全面回顾、总结和展望。作者来自理论界、政府部门和从业机构，均长期跟踪研究或亲身实践小额信贷和普惠金融。文集共有37篇文章，共分两篇。一篇为理论与政策篇，含18篇文章，内容涉及中国小额信贷和普惠金融发展的背景、过程、现状、经验、教训、挑战、趋势和建议等。另一篇为实践篇，含19篇文章，其中18篇是关于各类典型机构代表的小额信贷业务发展过程、运行模式和效果、经验和教训、挑战和对策建议等，另1篇文章是对小额信贷行业协会组织发展问题的总结和思考。本文集是反映中国小额信贷发展历程的缩影。

Since the introduction of the Bangladesh Village Bank (GB) microfinance model in 1993, China's microfinance and inclusive finance have been developing for 25 years. This collection of articles is a comprehensive review, summary and prospect of this journey. The authors come from theoretical circles, government departments and practitioners, all of whom have been following research for a long time or practicing microfinance and inclusive finance firsthand. There are 37 articles in the anthology, divided into two articles. One is a theoretical and policy chapter, including 18 articles, covering the background, process, current situation, experience, lessons, challenges, trends and suggestions of the development of microfinance and inclusive finance in China. The other is a practical article, containing 19 articles, of which 18 are about the development process, operation mode and effect, experience and lessons, challenges and countermeasures of various typical institutions, and the other article is a summary and reflection on the organizational development of microfinance industry associations. This collection of articles is a microcosm of the development of microfinance in China.
