本书探讨了全球治理是如何变化的，其多方面的转变与自由世界秩序的衰落有关。国际权力格局如何发生变化，其对提供国际公共产品意味着什么在金融稳定、安全、环境、人权和公共卫生等政策领域，谁是提供国际公共产品的行动者用什么样的制度和法律结构来管理公共物品的提供本书中的各个章节从不同的学科背景，包括文化、国际关系、金融和管理等，通过对中国、拉丁美洲和中拉丁美洲各种政策领域的审视来回答这些问题。本书中的大部分内容曾在秘鲁利马举行的复旦拉丁美洲大学联合会（FLAUC）2018年年会和2019年上海论坛FLAUC学术圆桌会议上发表。本书作者团队复旦-拉美大学联盟是复旦大学与来自6个国家的12所拉美最负盛名大学交流、沟通与合作的平台。

This book explores how global governance has changed, and its multifaceted shifts relate to the decline of the liberal world order. How the international power landscape has changed, what does it mean for the provision of international public goodsIn the policy areas of financial stability, security, the environment, human rights, and public health, and who are the actors who provide international public goods, what institutional and legal structures are used to manage the provision of public goodsThe chapters in this book answer these questions from different disciplinary backgrounds, including culture, international relations, finance, and management, through an examination of various policy areas in China, Latin America, and Central and Latin America. Much of the book was presented at the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Federation of Latin American Universities in Fudan (FLAUC) in Lima, Peru, and the 2019 Shanghai Forum FLAUC Academic Roundtable. The Fudan-Latin American University Consortium, the author's team, is a platform for exchange, communication and cooperation between Fudan University and 12 of Latin America's most prestigious universities from 6 countries.
