本书以山东省广饶县王道村为调研对象，全书共分八章，前四章简要介绍了王道村自然、社会经济状况，论述了王道村村落文化、经济体制变革下的农业生产情况；第五章对王道村发展集体经济，提高农民收入进行了分析；第六章在简要介绍王道村实行土地流转的背景及做法的基础上，对其土地流转的结构、农户特征进行了详细的数量分析；第七章对王道村社区建设的相关方面进行了分析，包括社会服务、精神文明等方面；第八章对王道村基层组织建设的相关问题进行了介绍，包括“两委”、群众团体以及党建工作的长效机制。

This book takes Wangdao Village, Guangrao County, Shandong Province as the research object, and is divided into eight chapters, the first four chapters briefly introduce the natural and socio-economic conditions of Wangdao Village, and discuss the agricultural production under the cultural and economic system changes of Wangdao Village. Chapter 5 analyzes the development of the collective economy and the increase of farmers' incomes in Wangdao Village; Chapter 6 briefly introduces the background and practices of land transfer in Wangdao Village, and provides a detailed quantitative analysis of the structure of land transfer and the characteristics of farmers. Chapter 7 analyzes the relevant aspects of community construction in Wangdao Village, including social services and spiritual civilization; Chapter 8 introduces issues related to the building of grassroots organizations in Wangdao Village, including the "two committees," mass organizations, and long-term mechanisms for party building.
