This book is based on the survey data of Djibouti in the "Survey of Chinese Enterprises and Labor Force in Countries along the 'Belt and Road'" of Yunnan University, combining field research data and theoretical thinking to objectively explain the current situation of Chinese enterprises in Djibouti and China-Kyrgyzstan relations. The survey was completed in December 2018 and covered all Chinese-funded enterprises in Djibouti announced by the Ministry of Commerce, involving Chinese managers and 343 Djibouti employees of 20 Chinese-funded enterprises, with vivid and representative data. The questionnaire design uses mature concepts and methods of sociology and economics, and uses advanced data processing and analysis methods to objectively present the progress of the "Belt and Road" initiative in Djibouti, as well as the current situation of Chinese-funded enterprises in Djibouti, the business environment, and the changes and influencing factors of China-Kyrgyzstan relations under this framework. The book is divided into three parts: first, middle and next. The first part introduces the current macro-political and economic situation of Djibouti; The middle part analyzes the current investment environment of Chinese enterprises in Djibouti, the localization and corporate social responsibility of Chinese enterprises, and corporate public diplomacy. The second part focuses on the use of employee questionnaire data to analyze the working environment and income of foreign employees of Chinese-funded enterprises, as well as the emotional cognition and sense of belonging to Chinese-funded enterprises. From the perspective of comparison of major countries, it analyzes the attitudes and views of Djiboutian employees in Chinese-funded enterprises towards China, the United States, Japan and other major countries, and focuses on the main factors and issues affecting China-Kyrgyzstan relations.(AI翻译)
