This book expounds the new development of Marxist theory and practice since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He has successively discussed the latest achievements of the Sinicization of Marxism from the call of the times, unique contributions and eternal values; This paper discusses the theory and practice of the Chinese Dream from the background of the times, theoretical innovation, realistic path, and world perspective; From the historical orientation, strategic objectives and realization path, the theory and practice of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way are discussed; Discuss the theory and practice of comprehensively deepening reform from the status, direction, goal and task of reform; From the historical enlightenment, the goals and tasks of the rule of law, and the leadership to take the lead, the theory and practice of comprehensively governing the country according to law are discussed; Expound the theory and practice of comprehensively and strictly administering the party from the perspective of anti-corruption and clean government, the mass line, the "three strictness and three realities", the learning political party, and the characteristics of the times; Discuss the new theory and practice of diplomacy from the perspective of peaceful development, sincerity and tolerance, and win-win cooperation; Discuss the theory and practice of national self-confidence from the perspective of theoretical self-confidence, road confidence, institutional self-confidence and cultural self-confidence; It discusses the thinking methods of governing the country from the perspective of materialism, dialectical strategy, materialist view of history, traditional philosophy and world perspective.
