黄侯兴，中国著名的文学家和历史学家。毕业于北京大学文学系。曾就任郭沫若编著委员会和郭沫若故居纪念馆副馆长。多年来他潜心研究，成果卓著。自1980年以来，已先后出版《郭沫若的文学道路》《郭沫若历史剧研究》《郭沫若文艺思想论稿》《郭沫若》（《祖国丛书》之一）《郭沫若研究管窥》《鲁迅历史观探索》等六部学术专著，此外还发表了《论郭沬若的艺术个性》《论创造社作家的文化心态》等有影响的论文。这些论著总数达三百万字以上，而且在学术质量和学术水平上均属上乘之作，受到国内外学术界的好评与推童。
