当今,科技创新对促进经济社会发展的重要性日益显现,科技竞争力已成为影响一个国家或区域竞争力高低的关键性因素:为探寻区域科技竞争力的形成及其发展规律,本书运朋系统工程、统计学与计量经济学等学科理论与方法.对区域科技竞争力的概念、现状、未来发展仿真评价及提升对策等方面进行了研究。首先,本书对科技创新与扩散过程及科技创新的功能与区域性进行了探讨,揭示了区域科技存在的客观性;其次,基于竞争行为构成要素的视角,得到了区域科技竞争力概念“钻石模型”,在此基础上.从科技创新与扩散的动力机制、科技创新功能形成机理、区域科技形成机理与区域科技运行机理四个方面,分析了区域科技竞争力的形成机理;再次,通过以中部六省会城市即南昌、长沙、武议、合肥、郑州和太原为样本的实证分析,印证了区域科技与社会发展的关联性;然后,开展中部六省会城市科技竞争力现状评价与未来发展系统动力学仿真,探讨中部六省会城市区域科技竞争力的发展演变规律;最后,根据研究结果提出中部人省会城市科技竞争力提升一般对策,特别地,基于关键因素分析提出南昌市科技竞争力提升关键策略。通过上述研究,本书形成了一个区域科技竞争力研究的理论体系,并通过以中部六省会城市为实证样本,使研究结论对中部六省会城市具有针对性,从而既为国家区域科技竞争力的提高及创新型城市与创新型国家的建设提供理论依据和参考,也为促进中部六省会城市科技竞争力提高和“中部崛起”提供借鉴。

Nowadays, the importance of scientific and technological innovation to promote economic and social development is becoming increasingly apparent, and scientific and technological competitiveness has become a key factor affecting the competitiveness of a country or region: in order to explore the formation and development law of regional scientific and technological competitiveness, this book books the theories and methods of systems engineering, statistics and econometrics. The concept, current situation, simulation evaluation of future development and improvement countermeasures of regional scientific and technological competitiveness were studied. Firstly, this book discusses the process of scientific and technological innovation and diffusion, as well as the function and regionality of scientific and technological innovation, revealing the objectivity of regional scientific and technological existence. Secondly, based on the perspective of the constituent elements of competitive behavior, the concept of regional scientific and technological competitiveness "diamond model" is obtained. The formation mechanism of regional scientific and technological competitiveness was analyzed from four aspects: the dynamic mechanism of scientific and technological innovation and diffusion, the formation mechanism of scientific and technological innovation function, the formation mechanism of regional science and technology and the operation mechanism of regional science and technology. Thirdly, through empirical analysis of the six provincial capitals in central China, namely Nanchang, Changsha, Wuyi, Hefei, Zhengzhou and Taiyuan, the correlation between regional science and technology and social development is confirmed. Then, the evaluation of the current situation of scientific and technological competitiveness and the dynamic simulation of future development system of the six central provincial capitals were carried out, and the development and evolution law of regional scientific and technological competitiveness of the capitals of the six central provinces was discussed. Finally, according to the research results, the general countermeasures for improving the scientific and technological competitiveness of the capital city of the central people are proposed, and in particular, the key strategies for improving the scientific and technological competitiveness of Nanchang are proposed based on the analysis of key factors. Through the above research, this book forms a theoretical system for regional scientific and technological competitiveness research, and by taking the six central provincial capitals as empirical samples, the research conclusions are targeted to the capitals of the six central provinces, so as to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the improvement of national regional scientific and technological competitiveness and the construction of innovative cities and innovative countries, and also provide reference for promoting the improvement of scientific and technological competitiveness and the "rise of central China" of the six provincial capitals in central China.(AI翻译)
