《艺术学界》以一级学科艺术学理论为主要特色，适量兼及艺术学其他一级学科，力求站在学术前沿，集中反映观点新颖、资料性强、较为深入的艺术理论研究成果。

With the primary discipline of art theory as its main feature, and a moderate amount of other primary disciplines of art, the Journal strives to stand at the forefront of academics and focuses on reflecting the research results of art theory that are novel in viewpoint, informative, and relatively in-depth.

　　It will unite scholars at home and abroad, and endeavour to shape an academic character rich in originality, frontiers and depth.

　　This series is Art Academia (24th Series), which contains six columns: Art Theory Research, Art History Research, Folk Art Research, Art Design Research, Film and Television Research, and Books and People.
