本书的主题是全球化背景下的中国环境与发展。全书分为四部分12章。第一部分总论；第二部分全球环境与发展问题：气候变化；第三部分国际贸易对中国可持续性影响分析；第四部分全球化与中国可持续发展的关系。本书注重运用马克思主义观点揭示全球化的本质特征、注重研究的独立判断与理性分析、注重定性分析讨论与定量研究的结合、注重对已有文献和数据的把握，力求刻画全球化对中国可持续发展的挑战，为国家的宏观决策提供思想理论积累。

The theme of this book is China's environment and development in the context of globalization. The book is divided into four parts and 12 chapters. Part I: General; Part II: Global Environment and Development Issues: Climate Change; Part III: Analysis of the Impact of International Trade on China's Sustainability; Part IV: The relationship between globalization and China's sustainable development. This book focuses on using Marxist perspectives to reveal the essential characteristics of globalization, paying attention to independent judgment and rational analysis of research, focusing on the combination of qualitative analysis and discussion and quantitative research, and focusing on the grasp of existing literature and data, striving to portray the challenges of globalization to China's sustainable development and provide ideological and theoretical accumulation for national macro decision-making.
