该书先介绍了云南省林权改革及林合组织发展概况,还深入探讨分析了云南省林合组织发展存在的问题。然后在系统梳理国内外文献的基础上,构建以组织认同和成员满意度为中介变量,组织支持感对合作社成员退出意愿影响效应的理论模型。通过问卷调查法等方法,主要通过案例分析方式分析林合组织成员的满意度状况。从人口统计变量角度,探讨分析人口统计变量对林合组织成员满意度五个维度的影响是否显著,是否存在差异性。接着构建林合组织满意度评价指标体系,分别从林合组织成员和利益相关者角度分析,应用模糊综合评价法对满意度进行综合评价。

The book first introduces the reform of forest tenure and the development of forestry cooperation organizations in Yunnan Province, and also discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the development of forestry cooperation organizations in Yunnan Province. Then, on the basis of systematically combing domestic and foreign literature, a theoretical model is constructed on the influence of organizational support on the withdrawal intention of cooperative members, taking organizational identity and member satisfaction as the mediating variables. Through questionnaire survey and other methods, the satisfaction status of WOC members is mainly analyzed through case analysis. From the perspective of demographic variables, this paper discusses whether the influence of demographic variables on the five dimensions of WOC member satisfaction is significant and whether there are differences.
