Based on relevant theories, this book explores the internal influencing factors of expatriate motivation and expatriate satisfaction of multinational expatriates based on first-hand survey data, starting from pre-assignment training. The relationship between pre-assignment training, expatriate satisfaction and expatriate success. In addition, the key factors leading to the high turnover rate of expatriate returnees were analyzed from the perspectives of core self-evaluation, return satisfaction, perception of high qualifications, sense of organizational support and intention to leave, organizational fairness and intention of returnees, and some strategies and methods to improve return management were proposed.
