本书以相关理论为基础,立足于第一手调查数据,从外派前培训着手,探究了跨国公司外派人员的外派动机和外派满意度的内在影响因素;外派人员外派前培训、外派满意度与外派成功的关系。另从外派回任人员核心自我评价、回任满意度,外派回任人员资质过高感知、组织支持感与离职意向,外派回任人员组织公平感与离职意向等角度分析了导致外派回任人员高离职率的关键因素,并就实证研究结果提出了若干改进回任管理的策略和方法。

Based on relevant theories, this book explores the internal influencing factors of expatriate motivation and expatriate satisfaction of multinational expatriates based on first-hand survey data, starting from pre-assignment training. The relationship between pre-assignment training, expatriate satisfaction and expatriate success. In addition, the key factors leading to the high turnover rate of expatriate returnees were analyzed from the perspectives of core self-evaluation, return satisfaction, perception of high qualifications, sense of organizational support and intention to leave, organizational fairness and intention of returnees, and some strategies and methods to improve return management were proposed.(AI翻译)
