This book focuses on the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, which is the general policy of the three rural work in the new era. Whether or not the central government's requirements for the priority development of agriculture and rural areas can be implemented is directly related to whether the goals of rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization can be achieved. This book focuses on the priority development of agriculture and focuses on the theoretical basis for the implementation of agricultural priority development, so as to further enhance the understanding of decision-makers and all sectors of society on the implementation of agricultural and rural priority development.
