The world economic stage is always full of ups and downs and surprises. To this end, since its establishment in 2008, the research group of "Analysis of China's Macroeconomic and Fiscal Policy" has always paid attention to the operation of China's macroeconomy and the development of the world economy on a quarterly basis. The fiscal revenue and expenditure and risk situation of various countries, the matching framework of macro-control, and the operation and adjustment plan of fiscal policy were thoroughly tracked and analyzed, and a series of quarterly reports were formed. Through the arrangement of quarterly reports, the research group publishes an annual report every two years, which is compiled from the research results of the research group in 2016-2017. The discussion and useful thinking of the macro policy matching framework and operation mechanism of the research group have a greater reference and supporting role in further improving the scientific, institutional, normative, strategic and forward-looking nature of macro-control in China, and also play a certain service and guiding role for the work of practical work departments, socio-economic analysis and research departments.
