The intergenerational inheritance of family business is not only the process of passing the corporate scepter among family members, but also the process of planned evolution of the family business governance mechanism. This project conducts in-depth theoretical exploration and practical tests on how the governance mechanism of family enterprises evolves during intergenerational inheritance and how intergenerational inheritance affects the arrangement and allocation of family ownership and management rights, highlights the governance mechanism and characteristics of Chinese family enterprises during the intergenerational inheritance period, discusses the evolution of the governance structure of family enterprises in the process of intergenerational inheritance, and studies the principles, methods and corresponding measures of financial arrangements for smooth inheritance of family enterprises.
