陈国平:（主编）

陈国平（1964-），法学博士，副研究员。1991年毕业于中国政法大学，获博士学位。随后，到中央机关工作。2003年9月起，到重庆先后在市委、市政府多个部门任职。2010年9月至今，任中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所党委书记、副所长。代表作有《明代行政法研究》《俄罗斯国有企业改革》（第一作者）等，曾参与《中国法制通史》（张晋藩任总主编）第七卷的编写，主编《国际体系变迁与中国战略选择》等书。发表的论文和文章有《一条鞭法初探一一论法律对经济改革的作用》《试论明初重典治吏》《简论张居正的法律思想》《略论张居正改革中的权力和法律》等。

赵远良:（主编）

赵远良（1975-），湖北天门人，法学博士，副编审，中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所《世界经济调研》编辑部副主任。致力于国际政治期刊发展、国际关系理论、大国关系与国际战略研究。著有《大国博弈的演进逻辑：基于武器、治理和文明的视角》一书，在《世界经济与政治》《现代国际关系》《太平洋学报》等期刊上发表学术文章数篇，参与了多部图书如《非传统安全与中国外交新战略》《国际体系变迁与中国战略选择》等的主编和撰写工作。
