The annual theme of the "China Housing Development Report (2019-2020)" is "Property Market Regulation: The Mid-stream Water Should Be Calm". Continuing to use the team's original analysis framework and forecasting model, as well as the big data analysis and forecasting model of key cities, the development and changes of housing and related markets in 2020 were predicted on the basis of reviewing the trend of housing and related markets in 2018-2019. Through the construction of the Huafang housing index system, the development status of key areas of the housing market was quantitatively evaluated. This paper analyzes the main problems and challenges facing the coordinated and healthy development of the housing market and its related fields, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions in a targeted manner. First, build a new relationship between real estate and macroeconomics, and steadily move towards high-quality development; Second, adhere to regulation and control without wavering, forcing market entities to change their ways; Third, adhere to the "one city-policy" and improve the regulation and control mechanism; Fourth, accelerate the reform of basic supporting systems and guide market entities to change their ways; Fifth, accelerate the structural reform of the housing supply side and draw a new genetic map of the housing market.
