为纪念我国哲学社会科学（法学）博士后制度实施25周年，总结依法治国基本方略实施20年的成就和经验，展望全面推进依法治国、加快建设法治中国的美好愿景，以优异成绩迎接党的十九大胜利召开，第六届中国法学博士后论坛以“回顾与展望：开创法治中国建设新局面”为主题，集结成果出版论坛同名论文集。本论文集从来稿的100余篇论文中精选收录了50篇（暂定），这些论文从不同角度对法治中国建设相关内容的理论与实践予以全面、深入地分析和探讨，展示了法学博士后群体的研究成果。第六届中国法学博士后论坛由中国社会科学院、全国博士后管理委员会、中国博士后科学基金会共同主办，中国社会科学院博士后管委会、中国社会科学院法学研究所和人民法院中国应用法学研究所联合承办，腾讯研究院协办。

In order to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the implementation of China's postdoctoral system of philosophy and social sciences (law), summarize the achievements and experience of the implementation of the basic strategy of governing the country according to law in the past 20 years, look forward to the beautiful vision of comprehensively promoting the rule of law and accelerating the construction of a rule of law China, and greet the victorious convening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements, the 6th China Law Postdoctoral Forum with the theme of "Review and Prospects: Creating a New Situation in the Construction of Rule of Law in China", gathered the results and published the forum collection of papers of the same name. This collection includes 50 papers (tentative) selected from more than 100 papers, which comprehensively and deeply analyze and discuss the theory and practice of the construction of rule of law in China from different perspectives, and show the research results of the postdoctoral group of law. The 6th China Law Postdoctoral Forum is co-sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the National Postdoctoral Management Committee and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and co-organized by the Postdoctoral Management Committee of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the China Institute of Applied Law of the People's Court, and co-organized by Tencent Research Institute.
