This book is the sequel to the Yuhang Rule of Law Index report, the first rule of law index in Chinese mainland. This book shows the dynamic changes in the construction of "rule of law" through data. The Yuhang Rule of Law Index was selected as one of the 100 typical cases of Zhejiang Province's reform and opening up in the 30 years and the top 10 rule of law events in the 10th anniversary of "Rule of Law Zhejiang". The Yuhang Rule of Law Index is a witness to the development of the rule of law in Yuhang and the development of the rule of law in China, and promotes the top-level design of the rule of law assessment. The Yuhang Rule of Law Index is an important symbol that China's rule of law research has entered the stage of "quantitative rule of law". Empirical research represented by the Yuhang Rule of Law Index has given birth to the Chinese School of Rule of Law Practice.
