摘要：全球治理取得跨越式发展是20世纪90年代冷战结束，两极格局的终结，全球化得到空前发展，包括中国在内的金砖国家的“崛起”，现代国际关系体系历经巨大冲击、调整和变革，这促成许多新的全球性或区域性国际机构的成立与运行。历经70年发展，中国从积贫积弱的国家，发展成为世界第二大经济体，堪称“世界奇迹”，为人类社会发展、世界和平与发展作出了新的更大贡献，为发展完善全球治理体系提供了“中国智慧”和“中国方案”，不仅对于我们自身进一步前行弥足珍贵，也是对人类社会发展规律探索的“中国贡献”。

The leapfrog development of global governance is the end of the Cold War in the 90s of the 20th century, the end of the two-level pattern, the unprecedented development of globalization, the "rise" of BRICS countries including China, and the great impact, adjustment and reform of the modern international relations system, which has led to the establishment and operation of many new global or regional international institutions. After 70 years of development, China has developed from a poor and weak country to the world's second largest economy, which can be called a "world miracle", making new and greater contributions to the development of human society, world peace and development, and providing "Chinese wisdom" and "Chinese solutions" for the development and improvement of the global governance system.
