“员工知识资本”是指一个人的工作是由其智慧驱动的,是由其脑力质量主导的,而不是由其体力和数量决定的。一个员工是否是“知识型员工”应以其在工作中是否使用脑力为标准。本书在员工人力资本、员工结构资本和员工顾客资本三因子的基础上,又提出并验证了中国企业员工知识资本二阶六因子模型;并基于自我中心社会网络分析法,检验了中国企业员工知识资本形成与运作的结构方程模型,提出了员工知识资本的三维管理框架。

"Employee intellectual capital" means that a person's work is driven by his or her intelligence, dominated by the quality of his or her mental power, rather than determined by his physical strength and quantity. Whether an employee is a "knowledge worker" should be based on whether he or she uses brain power at work. Based on the three factors of employee human capital, employee structural capital and employee customer capital, this book proposes and verifies the second-order six-factor model of employee knowledge capital of Chinese enterprises. Based on the self-centered social network analysis method, the structural equation model of the formation and operation of employee knowledge capital in Chinese enterprises is tested, and a three-dimensional management framework of employee knowledge capital is proposed.(AI翻译)
