This book attempts to combine the theory of government regulation and risk governance in Western academia with China's food safety governance reform and exploration practice, and to show and analyze the process and logic of the Chinese government's change from simple government regulation to social co-governance of food safety issues. This book is divided into three parts: the theoretical framework of regulatory government, including the combing and evaluation of Western post-regulatory theories, and the overall analysis of China's regulatory government. The practical research of food safety government supervision mainly covers the historical changes and performance evaluation of China's food safety supervision system, and the vertical configuration of China's food safety supervision system. The practical research on food safety governance includes the system and process of compulsory food safety liability insurance, and the social co-governance of the "gutter oil" problem.(AI翻译)
