This book draws on the new achievements and new viewpoints of the research on the history of education in China in recent years, follows Marx's idea that human society is a natural historical process, regards the history of Chinese education as a relatively independent historical process, divides the history of Chinese education into three major stages: ancient, modern and modern, and divides the history of ancient Chinese education into five historical periods: the origin, foundation, prosperity, adjustment and decline of ancient education, thus making a major adjustment to the chapter structure of the history of Chinese education. Each chapter of this book discusses the development of education in China in various historical periods.
