本书在求解“中国高等教育研究机构组织转型”问题的基点上,按照“一般→个别”“静态→动态”的研究路径,运用普查法、问卷调査法、结构访谈法,从高等教育研究机构的现实图景切入,借鉴资源依赖理论和复杂性理论,全面分析其运行现状,系统研究其转型探索的内在逻辑,理性探寻非学术导向高等教育研究机构组织转型的现实归宿。基于研究,提出上述高等教育研究机构组织转型的建议与对策:遵循“两个规律”是转型的必要前提,确立院校研究的发展方向是转型的目标趋向,机构的行政性与研究的专业化相结合是转型的路径选择,共同创造是转型的内在要求。

Based on the research path of "general → individual" and "static → dynamic", this book uses the census method, questionnaire survey method and structural interview method to start from the reality of higher education research institutions, draw on resource dependence theory and complexity theory, comprehensively analyze its operation status, systematically study the internal logic of its transformation exploration, and rationally explore the actual destination of the organizational transformation of non-academic-oriented higher education research institutions. Based on research, the above suggestions and countermeasures for the organizational transformation of higher education research institutions are proposed: following the "two laws" is the necessary prerequisite for transformation, establishing the development direction of institutional research is the goal trend of transformation, combining the administrative nature of institutions with the specialization of research is the path choice of transformation, and co-creation is the inherent requirement of transformation.(AI翻译)
