本书综合运用新制度经济学相关理论,从制度建构与制度演化相互促进的视角构建了移植性制度变迁的分析框架,将制度移植划分为制度嫁接和制度调整两个阶段,深入分析了近代中国公司制度从移植到内生制度调整的动因与内在逻辑,并得出以下结论:相关制度要素既是制度移植成功的阻碍因素也是促进因素;内生性的制度创新与调整是移植成功的根本;持续的学习能力是移植成功的基础;与社会目标协调的扶植型政府是移植成功的保证。

This book comprehensively uses the relevant theories of new institutional economics to construct an analytical framework of transplantable institutional change from the perspective of mutual promotion of institutional construction and institutional evolution, divides institutional transplantation into two stages: institutional grafting and institutional adjustment, deeply analyzes the motivation and internal logic of modern Chinese corporate system from transplantation to endogenous institutional adjustment, and concludes that relevant institutional elements are both hindering and promoting factors for the success of institutional transplantation. Endogenous institutional innovation and adjustment are fundamental to the success of transplantation. The ability to continuously learn is fundamental to successful transplantation; Supportive government in harmony with social goals is the guarantee of transplantation success.(AI翻译)
